Grand Jeu De Mlle Lenormand
One of the most historically significant cartomancy decks ever published, the Grand Jeu De Mlle Lenormand is the original expanded Lenormand system — a 54-card oracle deck attributed to the legendary French fortune-teller Marie Anne Lenormand, who famously read for Napoleon Bonaparte, Empress Joséphine, Tsar Alexander I, and many of the most powerful figures of the Napoleonic era.
Unlike the smaller 36-card Petit Lenormand, the Grand Jeu is a far richer and more complex system. Each card carries multiple layers of meaning: a large central scene drawn from classical mythology or history; a smaller vignette in the lower portion; a playing card suit and value; a constellation map; and a letter of the alphabet used in traditional letter-reading spreads.
This edition is printed on 350gsm double-embossed card stock, giving each card a luxurious weight and tactile quality. Published by the legendary French cartomancy house Dusserre.

About the Grand Jeu
The Grand Jeu De Mlle Lenormand is the original, expanded form of the Lenormand oracle — predating and distinct from the smaller 36-card Petit Lenormand that bears her name. It is a complete divination system in its own right, used by professional cartomancers across France and Europe for over two centuries. This Dusserre edition is the definitive modern reproduction of the classic Grand Jeu.
